HR Foundations

Up to 5 hours per month

— One policy or document reviewed and made watertight each month

— A monthly check-in so nothing falls through the cracks

— Confidence that you're handling ER matters correctly and fairly

Unused hours: roll over one month, so you never pay for time you don't use.

Good to know

Commitment: a 3-month minimum term, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice.

Unused hours: roll over by one month. If hours are not used in following month hours will be lost.

Extra hours: billed at a discounted hourly rate once your monthly hours are used.

Not included: large-scale redundancy, TUPE and tribunal representation are quoted separately given their scale and risk.

Ad hoc / project work: billed at hourly rate for one-off support outside a retainer — ideal if you're not ready to commit monthly.
